Our brand new facilities come equipped with state of the art machinery and equipment, a skin cancer care clinic and our own dedicated Top End Travel Doctor who can help you to sort out any pre-travel requirements for you and your family.

Gateway is prominently located at the junction of Stuart Highway, Roystonea Avenue and Yarrawonga Road, Palmerston. On the doorstep of City of Palmerston residents and an easy 20-minute commute from the Darwin CBD and pretty much anywhere else in Darwin.

Appointment Information: Short appointment (10 minutes) – Renewed Prescriptions and ongoing referral letters Normal appointment (10-15 minutes) – Routine care, preventive care, routine chronic care, referral letters to new specialists (10-15 mins) Long appointment (20 minutes) – Excisions, complex conditions Extra long appointment (30 minutes) – Full medical check-ups, health assessments, counselling, patient’s carer or translator is present Note: * One appointment is required for each family member requesting to be seen. * Each doctor has a designated time allocated for home visits to see patients that are unable to attend the Practice. * We do not give results over the phone.
